We’re excited to bring the Christmas Town Artisan Market to Busch Gardens Williamsburg for the 2026 holiday season! The Christmas Town Artisan Market is replacing the former "Mistletoe Marketplace" in the Oktoberfest area.
We are seeking a curated selection of talented Virginia-based independent makers to join us throughout Christmas Town. With dates running from November through early January, vendors may apply for one or more individual market dates.
Location: Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The market will be located in the area just across the Rhine River bridge at the entrance to Oktoberfest, near the Der Wirbelwind swings. A detailed map and arrival instructions will be provided before the event. Vendors will enter through the employee entrance located behind Das Festhaus.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR: handmade, handcrafted, artist-designed, vintage, upcycled, and independently created products from small businesses and local makers.
Please note that we are NOT accepting:
• Food trucks, onsite food preparation and beverage vendors
• Hemp/CBD products
• National or corporate brands
• MLM/direct-sales businesses
• AI-generated artwork or designs
• Resale or mass-produced products
• Drop-shipped products
• Businesses selling professional services
• Products that infringe upon another artist's intellectual property
Please note: A limited number of jewelry and approved packaged-food vendors will be accepted to maintain a balanced variety of products. Food trucks, onsite food preparation and beverage vendors are not permitted. All food vendors are responsible for meeting applicable licensing, labeling and health requirements.

Event: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendor Load-In: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Fridays and Sundays
Event: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendor Load-In: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Vendors should be completely set up and ready to sell by the event start time and must remain set up for the full event. No early breakdown or departure is permitted.
VENDOR SPACES & FEES:
Shared 10' x 10' Tent - BYO 1 six-foot table, chairs - $300 per day (2 vendors will share a tent - $300/vendor)Full 10' x 10' Tent - BYO Tent, tables, chairs - $400 per day
PARKING & ACCESS:
Free parking will be provided for all participating vendors. Before the event, Artisan Makers will collect your vehicle information and submit it to Busch Gardens Security for entry approval. Vendors must arrive on time for their scheduled load-in. You will be permitted to drive close to the market area to unload and will then move your vehicle to the designated Busch Gardens employee parking lot.
Please allow extra time for traffic and follow these arrival instructions carefully:
- Enter through the employee entrance near the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, located by the railroad tracks on Route 60.
- Do not use the main Busch Gardens entrance near Route 64.
- If you reach the “Welcome to Busch Gardens” sign and the toll plazas, you are at the wrong entrance.
A detailed map, arrival instructions and load-in schedule will be provided before the event.
CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER
Vendor cancellations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The market is rain or shine; however, if severe weather causes Busch Gardens to close, the event will be canceled and your vendor fee will be transferred to another available market date.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Vendors must remove all trash.
All equipment must be removed within one hour after the event ends.
Organizer reserves the right to reject or remove vendors as needed.
No smoking or vaping unless in designated smoking stations.
BRING YOUR OWN : All vendors should bring any additional chairs, payment methods, lighting, displays, packaging, décor and other materials needed for their setup.
WE’LL PROVIDE : Marked vendor space, vendor map, social media promotion, event listings, and regional marketing outreach.
VENDOR PERKS
- Complimentary parking is included for all participating vendors.
- Indoor vendors participating on consecutive days may leave their tables, displays and merchandise overnight in the locked indoor area.
- Limited overnight storage may also be available for outdoor vendors. Additional storage and security details will be shared before the event.
