The House Democratic Caucus offers reservations for the Caucus Conference Room located at 1416 Longworth for Democratic Member and Committee offices. Please only submit requests for Member meetings on session days. On non-session days, the Conference Room will be available for staff meetings.

The Conference Room can accommodate 18 seats around the conference room table and 35 seats around the perimeter of the room. The room is available to reserve starting at 8:00 a.m. and the latest exit time available is 7:00 p.m. Please note that the room is available for a maximum of 90 minutes, including set up and clean up.

A staff member from the requesting office must be present for the duration of the meeting. Food and drinks are allowed in the room, but the requesting office is responsible for set up and clean up. Please account for set up and clean up in the 90-minute time frame.

There is a 50” TV mounted on the wall with an HDMI cord for use during meetings. Instructions for use are available in the room next to the TV.

Once the request has been submitted, a member of the Caucus team will follow up via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If this is an urgent request, please submit the form and contact our office.

The Conference Room is in high demand. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let the member of the Caucus team who confirmed your reservation know as soon as possible.
