2019 Right Whale Festival EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM
MOVING ON UP

Saturday, November 2, 2019 10am-6pm and Sunday, November 3, 2019 10am-3pm

Main Beach, Fernandina Beach, FL

The Right Whale Festival is MOVING ON UP...to Amelia Island, Florida! The 2019 Right Whale Festival will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 and Sunday, November 3, 2019 at a new location at Main Beach in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Fewer than 450 North Atlantic right whales remain, and raising awareness of their plight is critical to their survival. We are excited to bring the festival to another community and continue to raise awareness about these critically endangered whales, their habitat, and conservation needs. In this new location, the festival will be extended to two-days and include many exciting new features, such as a seashell whale mosaic on the beach, multiple group athletic events, a blessing of the whales, new local music, and more.

Exhibitor Registration Forms will be accepted through close of business Friday, October 4, 2019 or until spaces are filled. Exhibiting organizations must be ocean, nature, science, water recreation, education, conservation or environmental related or themed. Others outside these parameters will be considered if they are sponsors (see Sponsor Commitment Form on our website). Registered exhibitors are required to stay both days of the festival. The exhibitor fee is $150; organizations with educational exhibits only and NOT selling anything will be FREE of charge. Each space is approximately 12' x 12' (room for a 10'x10' tent); no overhangs please. Exhibitors must use a 10'x10' tent and can provide their own tent, table, chairs, or can request these for a fee on this form. All tents must be weighted; NO STAKES.
