Voorhees Arts Council Arts on the Boulevard Artist Form: SUMMER 2019 Exhibit

Participating Artists' Information. The theme is SUMMER to inform the color palette of the piece, the actual subject of the work does not have to be a SUMMER scene, however those pieces with stronger SUMMER colors will be placed in more prominent windows. Form must be submitted by Monday June 24, 2019. Drop off June 25-28 Tues-Fri 10am-2pm or by appointment. 3 months of exposure for just $20.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP/RECEPTION

Drop off for your art will be , Tues June 25-Fri 28 10-2 pm, at the Voorhees Town Center Mall- back of Food Court- Voorhees Arts Center & Gallery. (contact Marianne@marianneleone.com if you can not make this window) This form must be complete before drop off (Mon June 24th deadline) Pick-up will be during the Meet the Artists Reception on a Fri in Sept 20th tentatively. If you cannot make the reception, you may contact Marianne@marianneleone.com to make other arrangements. (In following the Voorhees Town Center lost and found policy, art work left beyond 30 days will be disposed).

The Administrative fee to participate in this exhibit and have your artwork on display for the duration (3 months exposure) is $20*. Payment will be made at drop-off by a check (if you want to claim for taxes) or cash or credit card. More to come in confirmation e-mail the week before the drop-off. Do you agree to this fee? (* = Voorhees Artists serving on Voorhees Arts Council fee is exchanged for volunteering time to the council; If you are a resident Gallery Artist, your fee will be $10) *

We will need help from the artists to install the art and signage for this exhibit. If you are interested in helping out, and are able to give a few hours of your time, we will be installing the exhibit Thurs June 27th and Fri June 28th 10am-2pm. Voorhees Town Center Management will do everything in our control to protect the artwork, it will be displayed in secured buildings. However, we are not to be held responsible for unforeseen damaged or stolen pieces. Do you agree to these terms?
