Commission Request Form
This form collects your commission request. Please fill it out to the best of your ability, as it will determine if I accept your commission.  If I do, I will message to confirm or negotiate. If I don't, I will inform you.

Availability hinges on my work load. Please view my queue for the most recent information.

Expect a response within 1-2 weeks. Ensure that I can contact you, either by joining my discord server or checking your spam folder.

TOS Agreement Form
You are required to fill this form out when you commission me. Please read carefully.
I. CONDUCT
  1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner. 

  2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted. 

  3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request. 

  4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

II. PAYMENT
  1. Commissions must be paid in full before work begins.

  2. Payment accepted in USD only.

  3. Payment will be requested only via PayPal invoice.

  4. Money sent without an invoice will be considered a non-refundable tip. 

  5. If a tight deadline is given, an additional rush fee will be required.

III. PROCESS
  1. Watermarked WIPs will be given throughout the commission process. Usually, the client will be provided with a sketch, a lineart, and flat color WIP. More may be provided if revisions are requested.

  2. Commissions are generally expected to take no longer than 1 month from full payment to complete.

  3. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.

IV. REVISIONS
  1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.

  2. A maximum of 3 major revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge. 

  3. A maximum of 3 minor revisions are given after sketch approval free of charge. 

  4. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. 

  5. The artist reserves the right to cease making revisions if the requests made are excessive. 

  6. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
  1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.

  2. A full refund will only be given if no work has been done.

  3. Partial refunds will be given in proportion to the amount of work completed.

  4. Once the commission is complete, no refunds will be given.

  5. If the client ceases contact for over 1 month, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

  6. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.
VI. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
  1. Physical product commissions are divided into two parts: Illustration, in which the other terms outlined apply. And production, in which the following terms apply, but are not limited to.

  2. Payment for illustration and production should be paid in full, otherwise a payment plan can be arranged.

  3. All costs must be paid in full before production of physical objects begins.

  4. An additional commercial use fee will be applied for illustration if the client wishes to use a third party for manufacturing, and/or retail the product.

  5. Client is responsible for paying shipping costs, shipping insurance, taxes, customs fee, and VAT if applicable. 

  6. Custom Physical items (Prints, stickers, buttons, anything that must be shipped to the client) may not be refunded once produced. If a refund is requested part way through production, only the equivalent cost for unproduced items will be provided. Finished merchandise will be shipped to the client or forfeited to the artist. 

  7. Damage or loss occurring in shipping is not the responsibility of the Artist. Insurance will be provided for packages. Replacements of reproducible merchandise (stickers, button pins, etc.) can be made if the client or insurance covers production costs.

VII. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
  1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.

  2. All art and merchandise is non-exclusive unless otherwise negotiated. 

  3. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist. 

  4. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced. The artist reserves the right to post finished or WIP images or videos for promotional purposes.

  5. Artwork posted to social media by the client must direct viewers to Bubbble.Art. 

  6. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation. 

  7. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
