Registration for "Switching Tables" of Internationales Referat, Friday 29 May 2015

Switching tables is a dish with three course dinner where every team prepares one course and is invited for the other two, and meets new people everywhere. A team consists of two persons who register together or will be mixed together as a team by the coordinator.

Still no clue? Here is an example who the evening could look like

18:30 starter
Let's assume, your team prepares the starter. Then, two other teams (i.e. 4 persons) come to your flat, and you have the starter together. Afterwards, each of the three teams takes his way. Consider about 20 minutes to get from one place to the other.

20:00 main dish
You and your partner, you arrive at the flat of a new team that has prepared the main dish for you and another team. Hence, you are again six persons around the table, but not the same ones as before.
Again, switch the tables, consider about 20 minutes walk.

22:00 dessert
Exactly, another new host team and another team that joins

23:30 We meet with the whole group in Viva El Sol.

There is no registration fee. But it is extremely important that your inscription is binding; otherwise, the whole thing is not manageable. The only costs you have are the ingredients for one of the three courses for six persons. The team that prepares the dessert is kindly asked to bring the wine for the main dish (to equilibrate costs). It is up to you what to cook. Just keep in mind that tastes are different and that your dish is not too complicated to prepare (e.g., if you are responsible for the main dish, you are invited at another flat for the starter at 18:30, and you arrive at your own flat more or less at the same time as your guests for then having one and a half hours to eat).
