Dance Fusion Registration 2026
How to Register: 
1. Read Policies and Procedures thoroughly. Please visit our website for additional information
godancefusion.com. You can email us at godancefusion@yahoo.com. I communicate primarily through our private Dance Fusion Parents Facebook page.
2. Fully complete this Student Registration/ Emergency Form in its entirety. 
3. Turn in this form and the annual $50 nonrefundable registration fee for new dancers or a returning dancer early registration fee of $30 (by rehearsal).
4. First day of fall classes is Monday, August 10th, 2026.
