The festival will take place on June 8-10, 2018. In order to receive their share of the proceeds, each selected organization must provide at least 8 volunteers throughout the festival (Friday afternoon and evening, Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - cleanup). The organization is responsible for recruiting and training the required number of volunteers and ensuring that the volunteers are in place throughout the festival. A representative from the organization will attend a training session with festival organizers so they are able to pass along the training to their volunteers.
Volunteer requirements:*8 or more volunteers from the partnering organization must be on duty at all times during the festival. *Volunteers must be at least 14 years old and able to work independently or in small groups. *Festival staff will assign the partnering organization's volunteers to the areas of greatest need during the festival.*Volunteers must be able to work independently or in small groups. *Volunteers do not need to be members of the partnerning organization. You may recruit friends, relatives, etc.
