Residence Outreach Registration Form
Hi counselors!
This form is for you to fill out when you're being super awesome and taking the initiative to organize your own outreach!
One of the SHPRC’s central goals is enabling all Stanford students to take charge of their sexual health. We rely on campus outreaches not only to spread awareness of our presence and resources, but also to educate fellow students on sexual health and wellness.

Bring the SHPRC to your group or program by registering an outreach that you will lead. You will organize workshops specific to your group's comfort level and interests discussing such issues as contraception, sexually transmitted infections, pleasure, sex positivity, and much more.

If you want another SHRPC counselor to help out with your outreach, make sure to fill this form out at least a week before the planned date for your outreach so there is sufficient enough time for someone to sign up on the spreadsheet.

If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us at If you have any questions, contact Sun Paik or
