he Career and Self-Sufficiency Training Program (CASS) is
designed to assist participants with little to no work experience in developing
the skills and knowledge necessary to secure employment. Through organized
training and personalized support, CASS improves participants' understanding of
self-sufficiency, offers empowering strategies, and enhances overall job
readiness.
