*The deadline for applications and fees is June 1. After June 1, the registration fee raises to $35 for a 10x10 and $55 for a 10x20.
*Set-up begins at 8 a.m. You must be loaded in and have your car moved by 9:30am. You must stay set up until the festival is over at 5pm. If you tear down early, you will not be invited back to vend next year.
*Food Vendors: Health Department rules require you to complete an "Application for Permission to Operate Food Establishment" and then telephone Carl Carter at the Mercer County Health Department. Forms are available by calling Carl at the Health Department at 304-324-8836.
*You are responsible making sure your business is licensed and permitted to do business in the State of WV and The City of Princeton. You can see Mary Quick at City Hall to obtain a city permit, or you can download that license HERE (http://www.cityofprinceton.org/home/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Application-for-City-License-Form.pdf) and fax or e-mail the form. You can pay the fee ($5 for most businesses) over the phone and fax or e-mail the form. Mary Quick's number is 304-487-5028.
*All spaces are located outdoors on Mercer Street. No protection from weather is provided; you must provide your own tent and tables.
*We reserve the right to place your booth wherever it best fits in the festival. You will receive an e-mail or phone call the week before the event with your booth number.
*Attention Re-sellers (Avon, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc.): We will not guarantee exclusives unless it is tied to a sponsorship. Multiple resellers of the same product may be allowed. Please keep this in mind if you plan to register.
*No refunds will be provided for those who fail to show up. pay your fee online at celebrateprinceton.com/vendors.
