TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All Participants in the APEX Enchanted Forest: A Halloween Ball Costume Competition must come to APEX at 10pm on October 27, 2023 Friday. You must claim your Category Number Badge at the Reception to signify your official joining of the said Costume Competition.

2. Once arrived, you must stay in APEX until 1AM and make sure to be visible for our roaming judges. Number Badges should be visible at all times.

3. Five (5) from each Category will be called for the PARADE of NIGHTMARE at exactly 12:30AM. This will give our Judges a final look on your costumes before giving the final scores. These 5 finalists per category will be based from our Roaming Judges initial scores.

4. If the Finalist is not available for the PARADE of NIGHTMARE or is not in the APEX Halls at the time that he/she/they are called, then the finalist is automatically forfeited from the final judging.

5. All props must be non-functional. Any props that could cut human flesh, damage the venue, or could cause confusion and commotion are strictly prohibited.

6. Using of pyrotechnics, fire, water, and any oozing liquid is strictly prohibited.

7. APEX Super Club will not be held responsible in any shape or form for the damage(s) and/or injury(ies) caused by the mishandling of the props and/or the negligence of the participant in using and/or storing the prop. The participant will be held responsible for such results.

8. There will only be Three (3) Winners per Category. Once our finalists and winners are picked and announced, the decision made by our esteemed judges is deemed FINAL.
