Please submit this form if you would like to apply for a scholarship for Augusta's October Old-Time Retreat in Cass, WV taking place October 25-29, 2023. This form must be submitted and scholarship awarded before you register for the event via the Augusta website.

Scholarships can be applied to tuition for the October Old-Time Retreat classes. Meals and housing for the weekend will still be the student's responsibility.

The first round of scholarship applications will be due on September 12 and scholarships will be awarded soon after. All scholarship application materials, including letters of recommendation, must be submitted by the application due date. If all of the funds have not been awarded, further scholarships may be awarded on with a rolling deadline until funds are expended.

Scholarships will cover $420 of the $495 tuition for the weekend. The students will be responsible for the remaining $75 of tuition as well as any room & board costs.

Scholarship students between the ages of 12 and 18 will need to have a chaperone with them at the Cass Weekend. Chaperones must register with Augusta and pay a $50 fee, which will also allow them access to the non-class Augusta events such as cultural sessions, concerts and dances.
