The Norwalk Catholic School PTO will accept fund requests from teachers and staff on an ongoing basis from the first day of school to the last day of school. Requests must be made 30 days in advance of PTO meetings by filling out this online form. PTO meetings are scheduled on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. We invite the individual/group making a fund request to attend the next scheduled PTO Meeting to provide additional support (pictures, testimony, etc) of the fund request as well as answer questions the PTO Leadership Board may have.

Proposals can be for projects, activities, books, equipment, or anything that enhances the academic lives of students grades P3-6th. While preference is given to requests that offer access to large number of students, requests are also encouraged that will benefit individual grade levels or classrooms.

The building principal (ECC- Gail Reynolds and Elementary-Melissa Englert) along with the PTO Leadership Team will assess appropriateness.

Please note: PTO will not fund items already purchased prior to filling out this request form. Requests will be made based on current funds available in the PTO budget.

Upon being awarded funds by the PTO, the PTO Leadership Team appreciates acknowledgment for the funds given, providing the PTO Treasurer with receipts within 30 days of purchase, and sharing photos showing how the funds enhanced the lives of students at Norwalk Catholic School.
