Coot Camp Agreement
If your dog is being boarded in our care, Rescue Gang Dog Training takes complete liability of any incidents that may occur as long as they are related to the direct care, training, and well being of your dog. We take responsibility if any injury shall occur towards another animal or person due to the behavior of your dog if, and only while, your dog is in our care. Other health concerns, unrelated to the direct care of your dog while in our care, are the responsibility of the owner and not Rescue Gang Dog Training. Rescue Gang Dog Training is responsible for notifying owner of any health concerns before seeking medical attention. Owner is responsible for paying for veterinary visits directly to the veterinary clinic before the visit is completed, if unrelated to the direct care provided by Rescue Gang Dog Training.Rescue Gang Dog training is not responsible for any injury to another animal or person, while not in the direct care of Rescue Gang Dog Training, including before and after.

Owner agrees that there is not a 100% guarantee that your dog may never cause injury to another animal or person.

If owner does not agree to Rescue Gang Dog Training seeking veterinary care if a medical concern or emergency arises, whether verbal or nonverbal, Rescue Gang Dog Training cannot be held liable for medical concerns. Rescue Gang Dog Training agrees to make attempts to contact an owner as soon as a medical concern arises, but cannot be held liable if owner does not agree to seeking medical attention if contact cannot be made.

Rescue Gang Dog training is comfortable with and agrees to administer any and all medication needed when it needs to be administered.Client is responsible for making sure their pet is up to date on

Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccines, flea and tick preventative, and has had an intestinal parasite screening within the last year and will provide copies of this paperwork to Rescue Gang Dog Training.

Owner agrees to the use of Barkless collars, Dominant Dog Collars, Prong Collars, E-Collars, Martingale Collars, Flat Collars, Pet Convincer, and/ or Slip Leads as needed for behavior modification. The goal is to use corrections at a minimum and shift to positive reinforcement.Owner agrees to allow Rescue Gang Dog Training to use any photos and/ or videos taken for promotion.

Partial payment is due at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. The remainder is due when training begins.
