Analytics possible with various Data disclosure control technologies (differential privacy, MPC, anonymization, etc.)

Lessons from prior efforts like PlanetLab, GENI, IMPACT, DETER, RIPE Atlas, RouteViews, etc.?

Lessons from other communities (medical, climate, physics) for getting consensus around large instrumentation

Challenges in supporting longitudinal measurement? (funding, staffing, publishing)

Role of long-term measurement of R&E and campus networks, respecting privacy

ML needs for network data. (esp cybersecurity), representativeness

Codes-of-conduct to facilitate sharing in the face of GDPR?

Challenges in federating (/joining) datasets, e.g, distributed computation, archiving under AUP, reproducibility

Role of NSF as a method (convenor?) to bridge industry and academia?

Traffic representativeness, in the body and the tail: Enabling traffic weighting & user weighing is important. We all know Internet phenomena is heavy tailed so we need weights that signify importance of data points along dimensions of use
