Hi there! Thank you for your interest in vending at Astronox. We accept passionate vendors for food, crafts, apparel, and more. Astronox is a great opportunity to support your community and make money while doing it! All vendors keep 100% of everything they make. We are realistically expecting 1200-1400 people at our event this year.
Food Vendors are $400 + $35/person.
(4 People Max. Capped at 8 Food Vendors.)
All other Vendors are $300 + $35/person.
(3 People Max. Capped at 25 Other Vendors.)
Vendors keep 100% of what they make, and we do not track sales. Your sales are not our business. We want to see all vendors find success at our event.
To help make sure everyone is successful, we will diversify vendors, ensure there aren’t too many vendors, and vendors will be visible right next to the stage in high-traffic areas.
We will have electricity available, but quiet generators are always welcome! This ensures any power outages won't effect you. (Strongly recommended for food vendors. Please be certain your generator is quiet and only use one if absolutely necessary) There are three 50-amp, four 30 amp, and one 110 amp breakers available for those food vendors who require extra power, which is provided at no additional cost.
The festival will be capped to 1000 paying tickets + 400 staff and takes place October 19th - 23rd at Apache Pass in Rockdale, TX. All vendors are required to arrive October 18th at 12:00PM-2:00PM to get setup. Please be sure to plan accordingly and help us make logistics easy peasy.
