Ad-hoc booking is not yet available, and will open during the summer holidays for the start of the 2026/27 academic year.

This form is administered by Childcare Bookings for Schools. Please ensure the information that you enter into this form is correct, as it will be used by CBfS to contact form respondents to confirm their booking.

Please note: This form does not cover any bookings for Universal Free Breakfast Clubs and is intended for requesting paid wraparound childcare sessions only.
