2019 Immanuel Children's Christmas Eve Service Participant Sign-Up
Please complete this form to sign your children and/or grandchildren up to participate in this year's Children's Christmas Eve service.  You only need to complete the form once for your family.

Rehearsals this year will be Sunday afternoons from 1:00-2:30pm, beginning Sunday, November 10. We'd love to have participants at as many rehearsals as possible, but we understand that family celebrations and other events may conflict.  Even if your child can only rehearse 1 or 2 times, we'd like to have them be a part of the service!

**Please sign-up ECC students, but please note they will NOT rehearse with the whole group on Sundays until December 15 & 22. On those Sundays, we'll ask children in 3 year old preschool and 4/5 year old PreK to attend rehearsal from 1:00-1:30.
