Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative (SI4DEV) is an NGO registered in Nigeria and committed to empowering community leaders who are working towards a 21st century Nigeria where every citizen has a just and fair access to the resources and opportunities needed to achieve their full potential.

Our volunteers are local change makers and influencers and through the 6-month SI4DEV Partners training program, we offer you the capacity building, collaborative forums and research products you need to implement strong governance systems and to improve the education, economic and health attainment of your communities. You can qualify as full SI4DEV partner, fellow or ambassador for specific projects/programs depending on your level of involvement during the training period.
