IF Cincy Application

IF Cincy is Cincinnati's first and only national improv festival. IF Cincy brings world class improv to our world class city.

Dates: The festival will be held the evenings of October 15th, 16th and 17th with workshops on Saturday

Submissions will be accepted until JULY 15th. 
Accepted acts will be notified via email no later than AUG 1st
Final Schedule will be announced AUG 3rd

We're looking for dynamic, grounded, and original improv acts that create smart, engaging scenes driven by strong ensemble play and authentic characters. Whether your style leans cinematic, absurd, emotional, fast-paced, or slow-burn, we want groups with a clear point of view, confident stage presence, and a commitment to entertaining audiences in fresh and memorable ways. 

Application fee: We are asking for a $20 fee/donation from all submitting acts. Please send the fee to otrimprov.com/application-fee. Include your team name and the name of your act or show in the notes. This form will be considered final once we’ve received your fee.

Why the fee? Your application fee helps us cover costs. Our goal is just to help IF Cincy break even so we can create a fun, welcoming festival for everyone involved! If you have questions or concerns regarding your fees, please reach out to ifcincy@otrimprov.com.
