Scheduling: Pool parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis.  Only one daytime pool party will be scheduled for each date of availability.  All membership dues must be paid in full before booking a pool party.   Evening pool parties can be scheduled most nights except Special Events or blocked out days/nights. 

Deposit: Deposit: A $50.00 deposit is due at the time of booking, cash or check ONLY.  The deposit is used to guarantee your reserved date and also serves as your cleaning/damage deposit. If everything is clean and in working order, the deposit check will be returned to you AFTER management has inspected the grounds, usually within 24-48 hours after the party. 

Payment: The rental fee MUST be paid to the S.A.A. Family Pool before the event begins. The daytime party is responsible for the Rental Fee and any additional guest over 30 people.  If a guest stays past the daytime party time, members will be required to pay the guest rate fee of $7.00 and members MUST accompany their guest.  The fees for daytime and evening parties are stated above. 

Set Up & Decorations: Members may arrive no more than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start time to set up. The member hosting the party MUST be present before guests will be allowed in. No GLASS or CONFETTI are allowed in the pool area.

Rescheduling: Prior notice of 24 hours will be required to reschedule the event. The rescheduled event must be within the current season.  In the case of severe weather, the party can be rescheduled and will be coordinated between manager and booking party. 

Safety for Evening Party: It is the member's responsibility to stay on the pool grounds until the guards have locked the gate and made it to the safety of their cars.

Cancellation Policy: The event must be canceled one week prior to the scheduled date to receive 100% of the Deposit.  If the party is canceled less than a week prior to the party, the deposit will be forfeited.  In the event the pool is closed at the discretion of the pool management company due to extreme bad weather (lightning, heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.) the Member will be provided a rescheduled rain date, no refunds will be provided. In the event S.A.A. Family Pool staff cancels the event prior to the start time, the Member shall be reimbursed 100% of the Pool Party deposit.

No Shows: If a Member is a no show or does not call by time the party starts, the guards will be relieved of their duty and the member will NOT be refunded the Deposit for the party.  Lifeguards will be available 30 minutes before a party & 15 minutes after a party.  

Food & Drinks: Food & Drinks may be brought into the facility.  No glass or ceramic containers are allowed.  SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.  For Evening Parties Only - Alcohol may be served at pool parties. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted to consume alcohol.  The Member is responsible for all of your guests, so PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

Safety for Evening Parties with alcohol: Any alcohol served or allowed at evening pool parties requires an additional lifeguard for the cost of $50. Manager approval is required for the additional lifeguard one week prior to the event. If manager approval is not given, the manager or a board member will attend the party and the $50 deposit is forfeited for the evening.

Clean Up & Property Damage: The Member is expected to assist with clean up after their party.  It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that the grounds are left in good/working condition.  Members will assist the guards with hosing down the deck and under the picnic area and ensure that all trash is removed from the premises.  Any property damage will be the responsibility of the Member.  If the pool is left in good order, the $50.00 deposit will be returned to you AFTER management has inspected the grounds (within 24-48 hours after the party).

SAA POOL SAFETY & RULES:

1. No one may enter the water before the Lifeguards have given permission.  Swimming starts at a designated time and NOT earlier. 

Liability Exemption: The undersigned Member and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless S.A.A. Family Pool, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims or liability arising from or related to any act, failure to act, or negligence associated with any activity related to the use of the pool on the part of the Members, any guests or entity acting on the Member’s behalf and further agrees to reimburse S.A.A. Family Pool, its officers, agents and employees for all damages, costs and expenses including but not limited to the amount of any judgments or settlements and all attorney’s fees, costs and expenses incurred in defending such claims. 

I am acknowledging that I have read and understood all the event procedures, requirements; safety rules and agreed to abide by and enforce them while renting the facility at S.A.A. Family Pool.
