1. Akshara Alumni Association (AAA) is a part of Akshara International School, Pune. The membership terms and conditions are an agreement between members and AAA.
2. Membership of AAA is personal and only available to individuals who have completed 12th from Akshara International School.
3. Membership will be confirmed through text messages/ emails.
4 AAA will use the contact information provided by members to send updates and newsletters.
5. Benefits will be available only to those persons who subscribe to the membership of AAA.
6. Any kind of misuse of membership will result in termination of the same. AAA reserves rights to exclude person(s) in question from the association without prior explanation.
7. Members can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation has to be informed prior to deactivation.
8. Cancellation of membership, on any grounds, means that the individual can no longer avail benefits of subcription.
9. AAA retains the right, without prior notification to individual members, to change the terms and conditions of its membership programme. Any such changes will be published on the website.
10. When changes are made to the membership terms, AAA will ask its members for consent or approval. AAA reserves the right to terminate membership of members who do not provide their consent or approval of the new terms and conditions. Members may terminate their membership agreement if they no longer wish to be tied to the changed terms and conditions.

2.1. We collect information from you when you subscribe to Membership or fill out forms. Upon registration, you may be asked name, email address, contact number, etc. However, you can visit the website anonymously.
2.2. Any of the information provided by members can be used for any of the following,

2.2.2. To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information we receive by our members)
2.2.3. To improve our service (any kind of service will be attended with care)
2.2.4. Information of our members, public or private will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other association without their consent.
2.2.5 To send periodic emails regarding updates and subscription.
2.3 By using our service, members consent to our privacy policy.
2.4 Changes in privacy policy will be updated.
