Hello Choral Families!  We are looking forward to a great year.  The purpose of this form is to make it easier for you to calculate and pay for the fees associated with your child(ren)'s participation in the Choral program.  As you may know, all USC Choral families are asked to participate in our Booster organization to help fulfill the goals of the Chorus program. Also, all Choral students will receive apparel to be worn at concerts during the year, and parents are asked to pay a Wardrobe Fee to cover costs.  After completing this form and calculating the fees owed, please pay either by check or via Zelle, as described in more detail on the last page of the form.
