Case notes in Google are do not go to an encrypted storage.  Out of respect for the confidentiality and security for our individuals, it is important that you do not include any confidential information in your case notes.  Use initials and/or pronouns to refer to the individual and their families (Mom, Dad, Sister, etc.) and do no enter phone number, DOB, address, or other sensitive information.
