The Teachers College Doctoral Council Conference is an annual conference dedicated to celebrating the research of graduate students working in education and related fields. This interdisciplinary conference welcomes graduate student research at any stage of development. Students can present research proposals, in progress data analysis, work that is ready for publication, or existing papers. First year students are encouraged to present projects that were developed during their first semester of coursework. Additionally, this conference offers students an opportunity to share their work with peers and professors, receive feedback on research and presentation skills, and build professional relationships across disciplines.
The 5th Annual Teachers College Doctoral Council Conference will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, complete and submit this form by 11:59pm on Friday, December 14, 2018. Individuals are allowed to submit more than one conference proposal.
Please, note that the Teachers College Doctoral Council will be able to offer some printing cost support for students creating new posters for this conference. The amount of funding is TBD, as it depends on the number of students who elect to present a new poster at the event.
