ATTENTION, READ FURTHER IF HAVING VIDEO ISSUES WITH ON-SITE PURCHASE: We normally deliver video files purchased on-site with USB Flash Drive. Flash Drives don’t always have a fast transfer rate and if using an older computer/device the USB port may be rated 2.0 or less. Basically, playing video files directly from a Flash Drive rarely works well. Best practice is to copy the file from Flash Drive to your device, then play the copied file. This normally avoids buffering due to slow transfer rates associated with the USB port and/or Flash Drive. Another common issue, is the folder not opening or video not playing immediately when the Flash Drive is plugged into your devices USB port. Unless your device is already set to auto play, you will have to open the folder to access files.
