Strength & Stretch for Runners
Hey,

Welcome! I'm Chrissie, and I'll be helping you get your running to where you would like it to be.

These classes are fun and inclusive, and will encompass a range of exercises that myself and my 1-1 runners utilise to bolster their running and stay injury free.

They are primarily body-weight based, so you can easily alter the effort according to your own strength and fitness.
It also means you can replicate the exercises at home.

This form needs to be completed prior to your free trial.
If you decide to join after your trial, I will send you information thereafter.

All information provided will remain strictly confidential.

It is further expressly agreed all strength training, cardiovascular exercise, or any other exercise shall be undertaken by me at my sole risk and FitnessRefresh and its agents or employees shall not be liable to me for claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, whatsoever, to my person or property arising out of or connected with the use by me of the services provided and of the premises where the same is located.

I do hereby expressly forever release and discharge FitnessRefresh and its agents or employees from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of FitnessRefresh and its agents or employees.

I further expressly agree that I will use equipment properly.

If I have any questions, concerning exercise and use of equipment, I agree I will request instruction from FitnessRefresh and or their agents or employees.
