Organizations that have received immigration documents erroneously
This form is to collect the names of organizations that have received immigration documents for non-citizens that the organization does not represent and does not have contact with for the period that started with 2022.

This information will be made publicly available for immigration attorneys and nonprofits to use as a resource for screening clients who may have been impacted by this erroneous address issue.
