The Manchester NAACP is coordinating the Manchester reading of Frederick Douglass' "What To The Slave is the 4th" speech" on Saturday June 29, 2024 from noon - 2 PM at City Hall Plaza. 

As you may recall, the reading is done by people from the community. We are looking for adults and youth who are interested. Please fill out the form below by June 27th if you are interested. We are asking readers to arrive by 11:30 so we can begin livestreaming promptly at noon.
