The Terms and Conditions governing this Request for School Bus Services are set out in Annex A of the Agreement for Appointment of School Bus Operator to Provide School Bus Services dated 5th November 2025, from The School, Methodist Girls' School.
The Parent(s)/Guardian is to read, acknowledge and abide by all bus regulations, terms and conditions listed in Say Guan Transport Service's letter dated 10
th November 2025, and consent to SGTS disclosing information provided to the School for the purpose of providing Bus service.

The Parent(s)/Guardian is to submit this Request to the School Bus Operator by 24th November 2025, in order to allow the company ample time to finalize the routes and type of buses to be used.
