Virtual Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa Climb for Cavernoma 2025

Take on the Virtual Snowdon Challenge for Cavernoma Awareness Month!

Each year, we climb Snowdon on the first Saturday in June to mark the start of Cavernoma Awareness Month. This year, on Saturday 7th June 2025, we’re celebrating 20 years since Cavernoma Alliance UK was founded—and we’d love for you to be part of it, wherever you are!

Join our Virtual Snowdon Challenge and complete the equivalent distance or elevation of climbing Snowdon (1,085m / 3,560ft) in your own way—whether that’s climbing stairs at home, hiking locally, or walking the same number of steps (around 4,610 or 475 flights of stairs). This is a fantastic way to raise awareness of cavernoma, get active, and be part of our amazing community—all while supporting our vital work.

The challenge is open to everyone: individuals, families, and even well-behaved pets! You can take part in one go or spread the challenge over a few days—it’s up to you.
