This text has been prepared to inform the data owners whose personal data are processed about the principles adopted by the Fall in CI organization in fulfilling the obligations regarding the protection and processing of personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data owners whose personal data are processed by Fall in CI, e-bulletin members of Fall in CI, event participants, employee and/or volunteer candidates, those who are not from the Fall in CI team but contribute to the projects carried out by Fall in CI, participants and natural persons who share their personal data with Fall in CI during the activities carried out by Fall in CI without limitation.
Personal data of data subjects (including sensitive personal data) can be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the personal data processing conditions in the KVKK and relevant legislation:
Your personal data that you transmit by using the Fall in CI Registration Form are processed for the purpose of carrying out activities for the realization of Fall in CI,
Your personal data that you transmit by using the Registration Form may be processed for the purpose of returning you upon your communication request, performing the necessary procedures regarding your participation in Fall in CI and contacting you accordingly.
Data owners can use Fall in CI directly, through channels and/or tools such as the website, webinar platforms, surveys; Personal data shared verbally, in writing or electronically are kept by Fall in CI pursuant to KVKK and processed within the framework of their consent.
Your collected personal data is sent by Fall in CI to partners and stakeholders, legally authorized public institutions in order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. and may be transferred to authorized private persons.
Fall in CI has the right to host personal data on domestic and international servers (servers may belong to itself, its affiliates, subcontractors or outsourcing service providers) and transfer personal data in order to receive hosting service, again limited to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes. .
METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data will be collected by Fall in CI through electronically filled forms in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. Your collected personal data, without the need for explicit consent, in line with Article 5 of the Law; It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is clearly stipulated in the laws, it is necessary for the protection of the life or bodily integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, and is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract. It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, the data subject has been made public by himself, the data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller. cases, it can be processed and transferred by Fall in CI within the scope of legal personal data processing conditions and for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text.
Data owners;
a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
e) Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for its processing disappear,
g) Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) above, to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
ı) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
As a Fall in CI organization;
To comply with the legal principles in the processing of personal data,
Obtaining express consent for personal and private data,
To take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing and access of personal data and to ensure the preservation of personal data,
To keep the personal data for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation, if there is no period stipulated in the legislation, to keep it for the periods required by the purpose of the data processing activity, and
We undertake to act in accordance with the above-mentioned rights of the personal data owner and to remedy any possible damage related to these rights.
