This application is for those who are looking to be in the main raid team for Esfand's NA Horde Nightslayer PvP WoW Classic Guild.

Guild Process
The most important thing is the guild, and the intent of the decisions made by Esfand and the leadership are always in the best interest of the guild and it's advancement towards completing all the content in the game. Do you agree with this? *
We will be using Loot Council for loot distribution, as opposed to a DKP system, or Reserves System. Are you okay with this? *
Are you capable of  playing at "not normal" times? Maybe for a new patch, new content launch, etc. *
It's important to be adaptable. We may ask you to temporarily respec in a pinch, or to reroll different professions in order to better advance the guild. Are you okay with this? *

I've called this run of Burning Crusade a "victory lap" mainly because my primary focus for this run is going to be PvP/Arenas etc. As such, I will heavily consider both the amount of PvP someone does, and their ability when it comes to loot considerations for the loot council. Is this something that you're okay with? i.e. If you're a proven Gladiator player who's pushing arenas you are likely getting heavy consideration for gear for arena OVER gear for PvE due to how easy the content is likely to be. Is this something that you understand and are okay with? *
Does your schedule allow you to play if we have to change raid times, or add additional raid nights? *
Can you be logged in and ready to go 30 minutes prior to raid start to get prepared to go to raid? *
There may be times where we have to go a little bit overtime on raid in order to push on a boss or something. Is this something you could do? *

Because this Esfand's guild, the raids will be streamed. So this means that you're expected to follow Twitch TOS (meaning no racism, hate speech, etc.) If you break this you will likely be muted for the remainder of the raid, and if it's a recurring issue then you will be removed from the guild. Do you understand? *
In the past, I've run <Crusade> as a very traditional type of guild. This will likely still be the case, however, it's going to be a little more content oriented than it was in the past. Basically we won't be hiding so many things from stream, like muting for officer/loot council discussion. I'm not going to be an ass obviously, but are you mature enough with being the subject of of a discussion within guild or officer meetings that might be critical of you or something you did, and having it be streamed? This also includes public loot council discussions, which I haven't really done in the past. But I feel like we've done this enough to where people should be mature enough to be able to handle this and know I'm doing things in the best interest of everyone. *
