LHS Orchestra Concert Attire
Loveland High School Orchestra has required concert attire of a men's tuxedo, women's tuxedo or black women's dress.  You can either rent the concert attire from Simply Strings Booster Club for $30 or purchase from Cousin's Concert Attire. Information on both is included below.  

Fill out this form to let us know if you already have concert attire for your student, plan to purchase the concert attire for your student, or if you would like to rent. 

For those who will be renting, please fill out this rental form by Sunday, August 17 and make payment by time of fitting on Monday August 18. Payment of $30 for rentals can be made by check made payable to Simply Strings Booster Club and brought to the fitting or made by credit card at my.cheddarup.com/c/lhsconcertattire

We will be measuring the students on Monday, August 18 and Tuesday, August 19.   If you miss this deadline, then you will need to purchase your student's concert attire directly from Cousin's.

I will make payment by August 18, 2024 for the rental.  I agree to care for the rented items.  I will return all rental items in good condition and cleaned at the end of the year. (Note: Items can be laundered at home following the instructions on the tag.)  In the event that the items are not returned, I understand that a fine to cover the replacement of the missing item(s) will be place on my student's LHS account  (Parent or guardian initial below)
