Class of 2017 Survey
This survey needs to be completed by every graduating senior. The information collected is used to send final transcripts and track data for the class of 2017. If you need to make changes you may do so, but all changes need to be completed by June 12. After June 12, you will need to contact the Student Services Office to make changes.
