Team UP AmeriCorps Host Site Application: Summary & Instructions
Led by the United Way of Southwest Colorado (UWSC), Team UP AmeriCorps places AmeriCorps members directly at local organizations (aka Host Sites) to expand or implement new programs and projects. Members serve for a one-year term of National Service to improve outcomes in Education, Economic Opportunity, and Healthy Futures through projects and programs designed by the Host Site to maximize their impact on the community.

United Way of Southwest Colorado holds the federal grant directly from AmeriCorps. UWSC acts as a rural intermediary by taking on the bulk of the administrative and financial responsibilities of managing the program while members serve directly at local organizations.

To apply to be a Host Site for the 2022-2023 Program Year, starting in September 2022, please fill out the following application.
