Virtual programs engage students by bringing live animals into schools through live virtual platforms to help them learn and retain concepts such as habitats, adaptations, classification, predator/prey relationships and much more. All of the programs offered help teachers meet curriculum requirements in a memorable way, and meet TN state standards across the curriculum.

Availability Monday through Friday throughout the school year. Programs can start as early as 8:30 a.m.

 Classroom Programs are presented to a single classroom at a time and are designed to be the most interactive of the programs for small groups. We bring 3 live animals to the virtual program. Classroom programs are available for preschool through College.

 Team Programs bring two classes together for each presentation. This is a good compromise between classroom programs and assembly programs. Team programs are more interactive and topic focused than the assembly programs, but less interactive than the classroom programs. The team programs still have 3 live animal visitors. Team programs are available for Kindergarten through College.

 Assembly Programs can accommodate an entire grade or even the entire school in one to three programs. Assembly programs are available for Kindergarten through 12th grade, but preschool may attend a program for older grades.  Assembly programs have at least 3 live animals.  Teachers will be needed to help moderate questions.

 No live animal program.  These last about 30 min and usually cover things like zoo careers, exhibit design, or Q&A sessions with staff.  Don't see and option you want let us know what your would like and we will see if we can create you something.
