First of all, thank you for being so brave and sharing your story to inspire and motivate other women. In order for your story to be considered and to be part of our book, we need you need to read carefully and then complete the following questions. Remember that this is voluntary, which means that you are authorizing BEmpower Women, a project of Family Secret Helpers, Inc, to share it.

BEmpower Women since 2016 has been working with women in different areas. BEW's intention is to help, inspire and empower women. As part of the projects that we have under BEW, we will be writing a book for women, where in one part of it we will be sharing stories of women who are survivors of domestic violence. This in order to motivate other women who are going through or have gone through an experience like these.
In 2020, BEW had the opportunity to collaborate with the global organization called Global Count in the UK representing the Latino community. At that time, the approach was to count how many women there are around the world and what is still affecting women, according to their country of residence. The number one problem that even women face worldwide is precisely domestic violence. This is why we want to do even more, to help the victims and create new projects that impact this social problem.
The money raised from the sale of this book will go to our BEmpower Victims project, in order to provide victims with free services.
This is why I thank you again for wanting to share your story. All stories are meaningful and important. It is possible that only fragments of your story will be taken for the book or maybe the full story.
However, it is important that you carefully read the following:
✓You will be sharing your story voluntarily.
✓You understand that you will not receive financial compensation.
✓You understand that you will only receive one copy of the book, as gratitude gesture for sharing your story.
✓The story you share with us is yours, this means, it is something that truly happened to you. It is completely forbidden to share another person's story. If you understand that this person should share her story to inspire other women, then you can share the link with her so that she can share her story.
✓You understand that we are not obligated to use your story in the book. However, another approach can always come up, such as to being you as guest on our podcast or share story in our blog.

BEmpower Women desde el 2016 ha estado trabajando con las mujeres en diferentes areas. La intención de BEW, es poder ayudar, inspirar y empoderar a las mujeres. Como parte de los proyectos que tenemos bajo BEW, estaremos escribiendo un libro para mujeres, donde en una parte del mismo estaremos compartiendo historias de mujeres que son sobrevivientes de violencia domestica. Esto con el fin de motivar a otras mujeres que están pasando o que han pasado por experiencia como estas.
En el 2020, BEW tuvo la oportunidad de colaborador con la organización mundial llamada Global Count en UK representando a la comunidad latina. En ese momento, el enfoque era contabilizar cuántas mujeres hay alrededor del mundo y que aun esta afectado a las mujeres, según su país de residencia. La problemática numero uno que aun las mujeres enfrentan a nivel mundial es precisamente, la violencia domestica. Es por esto que deseamos hacer aun más, para ayudar a las víctimas y crear nuevos proyectos que impacten este mal social.
El dinero recaudado por la venta de este libro, irá dirigido a nuestro. proyecto BEmpower Victims, con el fin de poder brindarle a las víctimas servicios gratuitos.
Es por esto que nuevamente les doy las gracias por querer compartir su historia. Todas las historias son significativas e importantes. Es posible que solos se tomen fragmentos de su historia para el libro o que sean de las historias que se comparta por completo.
Sin embargo, es importante que lea cuidadosamente lo siguiente:
✓Estará compartiendo su historia voluntariamente.
✓Entiende que no recibirá compensación económica.
✓Entiende que solos recibirá una copia de libro, en forma de agradecimiento por haber compartido su historia.
✓La historia que nos comparte es suya, es decir, te ocurrió a ti. Está completamente prohibido compartir la historia de otra persona. Si usted entiende que esa persona debe compartir su historia para inspirar a otras mujeres, entonces puede compartir el enlace con ella para que ella sea quien comparta su historia.
✓Entiende que no estamos obligados a usar su historia en el libro. Sin embargo, siempre puede surgir otro acercamiento, como por ejemplo: que sea invitada en nuestro podcast o que se utilice su historia en nuestro blog.
