This is a second year bi yearly event.
Rain or shine event!

~Set up begins at 10:30 am for all types of vendors
~Once you submit registration you will receive an invoice through Square that you can pay with a credit or debit card/credit card
~A raffle item of $15 value is required.
~If a direct sales vendor or business vendor we are only allowing one consultant per company. Companies that allow multiple consultants we may allow a couple.
~Once payment is submitted there are no refunds for any reason
~Vendors MUST stay set up for the duration of the event.
~This event will be advertised in the Merchandiser, event pages, social media sites, Yard Signs and event websites.
~We will give out goodie bags to the first 200 kids. You can advertise in these bags for $30. You can put things in such as business cards, samples, flyers, brochures etc.
~All items must be received by Friday August 2nd to be included in the bags. Items can be sent to Events By Jennifer Lynn P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562
~Electric is not available
~Spaces are available inside and outside.
~You must supply your own tables and chairs. If you are outside you can bring a canopy if desired
~All food vendors must submit a copy of their menu so there is no over lapping of foods.





Event Sponsor $350
~20 ft by 10 ft space prominent space
~Business logo on the event signs
~Business logo on kids bags
~Business logo on all advertising (Event will be in 2 editions of the local paper for at least 2 weeks)
~Mentions of sponsorship at the event
~Advertisement on Social Media as Sponsor
~Inclusion of advertisement in 200 kids bags
~Signs with you logo and named as a level sponsor throughout the event.
~Small sign will be printed for at your area stating you are an Event Sponsor
~Ad on Septembers upcoming events flier. (Must provide digital ad or business card. Ad must be received by August 10th. Ad can be sent to Jennifersmith@eventsbyjenniferlynncompany.com)

~Grandpop Bubbles Sponsor $250
~10 fy by 10 ft space
~Business logo on banner located by Grandpop Bubbles
~Business name on kids bags under level of sponsorship
~Mentions of sponsorship at the event
~Advertisement on social media as level sponsor
~Inclusion of advertisement in 200 kids bags

Business vendors selling items inside : $60 Business $45 Handmade items
~Looking for vendors with kids items for purchase!
~Other vendors may be accepted but at the discretion of Events by Jennifer Lynn
~Spaces are 8ft by 8ft
~You need to supply your own tables and chairs

Business vendors selling items outside $60 Business $45 Handmade items
~Spaces are 10 ft by 10 ft
~You must supply your own tables, chairs and canopy if desired
~Rain or shine event.

Kids Re - Sale Outside $30
~Spaces are 10 ft by 10 ft for sales of kids items (toys, clothing etc.)
~You must supply your own tables, chairs and a tent if desired
~Outdoor spaces are rain or shine

Activity Vendors: $60
~Please leave description of what type of activity you will be doing and if there is a charge for the activity.
~Spaces are also 8 ft by 8ft unless you need more space. Please also leave in the notes if you need more space.
~Liability Insurance is required for some types of activities. I will need proof of the insurance.

Food Trucks : $110

~There is a large parking lot where food trucks can park of food to be available outdoors.
~I will need proof of insurance for all food vendors

Food Vendor indoor or outdoor $85
~10 ft by 10 ft space
~If you want to be a food vendor inside and are using a deep fryer or open flame you must have a hood system.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
