FJCL Club of the Season: Winter Edition
Salvete, FJCLers, and welcome to the Fall Club of the Season application!! In this form, I encourage you to highlight your chapter's performance throughout the fall (December 1 - February 16). I can't wait to see what you have achieved!

Along with completing the application, please email me pictures/videos that capture what your chapter has accomplished this season: They give me a visual, which makes judging easier!

THIS FORM, INCLUDING EMAILING VISUALS AND SPONSOR VERIFICATION, IS DUE BY 11:59 p.m. EST 2/17/2019. No ifs, no buts.
