Healthy People Wood County - IMPACT and Marshfield Area Coalition for Youth (MACY) substance use prevention coalitions are conducting the 7th annual survey to understand public opinion and awareness of substance use in Wood County. Your opinion will tell us whether coalition efforts are making a difference in our communities. This survey should take 10-15 minutes.
