PUBLIC TD CLUB BANQUET ORDER FORM
Please fill out the form to reserve your seat(s) for this years banquet. Each table has 8 seats. Each ticket is $35. Table of 8 is $280.

Tickets can now be purchased electronically. Payments can be sent by Venmo to @Ash-TouchdownClub

How to sign up for Venmo:
  1. Download the Venmo app: Get the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. 
  2. Open the app and select "Sign Up": Choose the option to create a personal or business account. 
  3. Enter your phone number: Venmo will send a verification code to your phone. 
  4. Verify your phone number: Enter the code you received. 
  5. Provide your personal information: Enter your legal first and last name, desired username, and email address. 
  6. Set a password: Create a strong password for your account. 
  7. Agree to the terms: Check the box indicating you agree to the terms and conditions. 
  8. Add and verify your bank account: Follow the instructions to link your bank account and verify it.
