Event time includes set up and break down. Hours are not prorated. No refunds.

Event must be paid for in full 14 business days prior to the event or it will be cancelled. If event is booked within 14 days of the event, it must be paid in full at time of booking.

Fenway residents, nonprofits, and groups: Your event is free (limit of 2 events monthly/3 hours max per event).

Booking submissions are not complete until Event Rental Agreement form (see PDF above) is signed.

We do not generally accept bookings with less than 15 anticipated attendees for Fenway non-profits. There are no restrictions on number of guests for paid space rental.
