Vendor Registration
The Pajama Factory's 'Octofest' is a Funky Fall Festival held Friday, 10/6 from 6-10pm and Saturday, 10/7 from 11am-4pm and 7-10pm. It will include open artist studios, live music, gallery exhibitions, food trucks, local artisan & craft vendors, and much more!

Outside food, beverage, artisan, and craft vendors are invited to participate in this festival on Sat, 10/7 from 11am-4pm. Food Trucks are invited to participate in both Friday and Saturday. This is an indoor/outdoor event. For more details as they pertain to vendors, please see below.

Preferred location
Vendor spots are roughly 8ft x 9ft. Vendors will be placed in their preferred location on a 'first come, first serve' basis. The size of each location and the forecast on the day of the event will determine the availability and exact location of each vendor spot. Courtyard vendors who are not under cover will have the option to move indoors in the event of inclement weather.

Limited number of vendors spots are available. 8ft tables are available for an additional $5 fee on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.
Payment Type (Due Sept. 29th, 2017) *
Vendor spaces are not confirmed until full payment has been received. There will be no refunds for any cancellations after Friday, Sept. 29th 2017.
Terms & Conditions
All vendors must be pre-approved by the Vendor Committee. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all sales tax. General lighting is provided, however, each vendor is responsible for lighting their specific display. For the safety of everyone, vendors cannot begin tearing down until 4:00pm. Vendor booths must be attended at all times during the event. The Vendor Committee and their affiliates are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Members of the Committee reserve the right to ask any vendor and/or anyone in their party to leave if any of the rules are not followed.
