Welcome to the Volunteer Sign Up for Haarlem Vinyl Festival 2025!

Our incredible volunteers are an essential part of the festival, representing the HVF to our artists/speakers and guests, assisting with the set up and smooth operations of the day's events.

This sign up is just the first step. Here we are gonna ask you for some contact information and other general information about you. Later through Stager we will offer different shifts which you will be able to choose from.

We are so excited to work with you!

As a volunteer you will receive:
- Meals and drinks during your work shift
- A Haarlem Vinyl Festival T-shirt
- Opportunity to attend the festival when not working (working for one day = Day Ticket, working for more than one day = Vinyl Culture Ticket)
- Access to a community of event professionals, vinyl experts and upcoming/well-known artists

Build up: September 25
Festival: September 26, 27 and 28
Dismantling: September 28 (afternoon/evening)
