Senator Krueger's Virtual Town Hall
Making Your Vote Count
On Thursday, September 17th from 7pm – 8:30 pm, join Senator Krueger, Susan Lerner, Executive Director, Common Cause New York, Susie Gomes, Co-Chair, Voter Services Committee, League of Women Voters New York City (LWVNYC), and Laura Quigg, Volunteer and Co-Chair, Voter Services Committee, LWVNYC to find out how to make your vote count in this important election. Many of you are concerned about voting during the time of COVID. We have learned a great deal since the Primary Election in June. Hear about positive changes to state elections laws, changes to the way the NYC Board of Elections operates, and find out how to register to vote, apply for an absentee ballot, and track your ballot.
You will have the option to view the event online through Facebook or to listen by calling in. Please note that you do not need a Facebook account or profile to view the event. Due to there being a limited number of participants who can call in, we ask that you please view the event through Facebook if you have internet access.

The event will feature a question and answer session with Susan Lerner, Susie Gomes, Laura Quigg, and special guest Elizabeth Robbins, Associate Counsel, NYS Senate Democratic Conference. If you have questions about to how to apply for an absentee ballot, how to track your ballot, where you can vote early, changes to New York State election laws, and how to become a poll worker or poll monitor, or just want to make sure that your vote will count, please register for this event. Attendees will be able to submit questions through Facebook during the event but are strongly encouraged to submit them in advance.
