DELEGATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR SALE OF CHOMETZ

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Rabbi Daniel Glatstein or any agent appointed by him or on his behalf to act for me in selling all chometz possessed by me (knowingly and unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic law (e.g. Chometz, doubtful chometz, and all chometz mixtures), and to lease all places wherein the chometz owned by me may be found, especially in the places located at:

and I include any other chometz owned by me located at any other place, including goods in transit and chometz owned in full or part through shares in stock or other forms of ownership. Rabbi Daniel Glatstein has the full right to sell and to lease the aforementioned by transaction(s), as he deems fit and proper, and for such time which he believes necessary. The exact assessment of quantity and value will be at Rabbi Glatstein’s discretion, and the buyer’s deposit is to be paid to Rabbi Glatstein or his agent. This authorization is made binding by my signature below, which when given with the Bill of Sale shall be considered as if I had actually signed the Bill of Sale.
