Prior approval must be arranged for any absence that is longer than two days, with the exception of emergencies, and must be completed at least three days before the absence. Completion of this form does not guarantee approval of an excused, mutually-agreed absence. Students who are failing classes may not be approved without a parent/guardian meeting with administration.
