All Arbitration Policies listed on our website apply (scroll to the bottom of this form to view policies).
Greenville Auto Auction must be notified within
7 calendar days
for any arbitration. (Sale day is day one).
Arbitration cutoff is the following Wednesday at 3:00pm.
Vehicles driven 200 miles and over, the moment of vehicle's sale, are NOT eligible for arbitration. (This includes miles added while being driven to and from Greenville Auto Auction).
If a vehicle passes arbitration the transport cost will be paid for by the buyer.
